It’s the summer holidays and we wanted to fill the kid’s days with as much as possible. It’s hard keeping two young girls from being bored.
We don’t go to our local area enough so we decided to load up the SEAT Altea XL and visit as many places as possible in one day.
Grace is at that age where her cuddly toys go everywhere with her and - the storage available in the Altea meant lots of places for them to have homes.
The extra touches that SEAT have thought of make the ALTEA just that little bit more functional. We thought the umbrella holder was genius, certainly a necessity in England.
Zipping around Dulwich was great fun. The park is lovely all year round but in the summer, the chance to hire strange bikes and nip around the beautiful grounds kept the kids very entertained.
The space inside the car meant that the kids could jump in and out easily and the in-built Chaos Control worked really well later in the day when the girls got tired.
We also tried out the optional extras like the parking sensors, really useful for parking in those tight spots around town, and even though I was on holiday the Bluetooth ensured the office could still get hold of me, (not so popular with Amanda).
We really enjoyed the views from One Tree Hill at Honour Oak Park and we loved the Anthropology & Musical Instrument collections at the Horniman Museum in Forest Hill.
At the end of a full day we were exhausted but the SEAT Altea XL certainly helped make it a fun and enjoyable day out.
